Worldwide, unlimited usage without restrictions
Commercial
Commercial use in all advertising channels permitted
Editing
Editing, adapting, and further development permitted
2. Permitted Usage
Commercial
Social media advertising (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
Display & banner advertising
Print materials & catalogs
Websites & landing pages
Editing
Cropping & scaling
Color corrections & filters
Text overlays
Animations & video creation
3. Prohibited Usage
The following types of usage are expressly prohibited and may lead to termination:
Resale
Generated content may not be resold as a standalone product
Illegal Purposes
Use for illegal, immoral, or discriminatory content
Deepfakes
Creation of deepfakes or misleading representations of real persons
Rights Violations
Use that violates trademark, copyright, or personal rights of third parties
AI Labeling & Law
We transfer all rights to you, however you are responsible for compliance with platform-specific AI labeling requirements. We recommend a final review of assets.
4. Warranty & Liability
The provider guarantees the technical functionality of the service. The customer is responsible for the legal admissibility of the generated content in the specific use case.
